프로그램은 각 회원 언론사의 PC에 설치되어 그 PC에서만 실행되는 데스크톱 프로그램입니다. 개발자나 바른지역언론연대가 운영하는 별도 서버로 영상·음성·계정 정보를 모으지 않습니다.
구글 로그인 토큰(OAuth) — 어디서: 담당자가 직접 로그인 / 목적: 언론사 유튜브 채널에 업로드·상태 확인·재생목록 추가 / 보관: 그 PC의 사용자 폴더, 담당자가 로그아웃하거나 프로그램을 지울 때까지
유튜브 채널 ID·채널 이름 — 어디서: 구글 API / 목적: 올바른 언론사 채널인지 확인 / 보관: 그 PC의 언론사 설정 파일
언론사가 넣은 영상·음성·기사 — 어디서: 담당자 / 목적: 쇼츠·편집본·기사 초안·카드뉴스·애니메이션 제작 / 보관: 그 PC의 작업 폴더. 15일 뒤 휴지통, 다시 30일 뒤 자동 삭제
영상·음성의 전사문 — 어디서: PC 안의 음성 인식 / 목적: 내용 요약·자막·기사 초안 / 보관: 작업 폴더(위와 같은 기간)
(선택) SNS 연결 토큰 — 어디서: 담당자가 직접 연결 / 목적: 담당자가 승인한 게시물을 언론사 SNS에 올리기 / 보관: 그 PC의 비밀 폴더
유튜브(구글): 담당자가 승인한 영상·제목·설명·썸네일을 언론사 채널로 업로드합니다.
AI 처리: 담당자가 고른 AI(Anthropic Claude 또는 OpenAI Codex)에 전사문 일부와 지시문을 보내 요약·제목·자막 초안을 받습니다. 영상 파일과 구글 토큰은 보내지 않습니다.
선택한 SNS(페이스북·인스타그램·스레드·X·밴드·카카오): 담당자가 승인 화면에서 고른 곳에만 게시물을 보냅니다.
그 밖의 판매·광고·분석 목적 제공은 없습니다.
프로그램이 구글 API로 받은 정보의 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 따릅니다. 구글 사용자 데이터는 위 목적(언론사 채널 업로드·확인)에만 쓰며, 사람이 열람하지 않고, AI 학습에 쓰지 않으며, 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
원음 인용이나 얼굴이 나오는 결과물은 담당자가 "동의 확인함"을 체크해야 올라갑니다. 확인되지 않은 의혹·전언은 자동으로 보류되어 만들어지지 않습니다. 영상 속 인물의 정정·삭제 요청은 해당 언론사가 처리합니다.
구글 계정의 타사 앱 액세스에서 언제든 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.
프로그램 설치 창의 [채널 다시 고르기]로 토큰을 지울 수 있습니다. 프로그램을 지우면 PC에 저장된 토큰도 함께 지워집니다.

Effective October 3, 2026. "Newsroom Kit" is a desktop application installed and run only on member newsrooms' own PCs. It does not operate any server that collects videos, audio or account data.
Google OAuth token (granted by newsroom staff) — used solely to upload videos and thumbnails to the newsroom's own YouTube channel, verify upload status, add videos to playlists and delete the app's own test upload. Stored only on that PC.
YouTube channel ID and title — to confirm uploads go to the correct newsroom channel.
Media and transcripts provided by the newsroom — processed locally to produce shorts, edited videos, article drafts and cards; kept in a local work folder, moved to trash after 15 days and deleted 30 days later.
Approved videos and metadata are uploaded to YouTube. Short transcript excerpts (never Google user data or OAuth tokens) are sent to the AI provider chosen by the newsroom (Anthropic or OpenAI) to draft titles and summaries. Optional social media posting happens only to platforms the staff selects. No data is sold or used for advertising.
Newsroom Kit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not read by humans, and is not used to train AI models.
Revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored tokens.
